VERDICT LEGAL
LAST UPDATED — JULY 19, 2026
This policy explains what Verdict collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. Short version: we process your chart uploads to produce your analysis, we don't sell your data, and we collect as little as the product needs.
Chart uploads. Images and candle data files you submit are transmitted to our servers and to our processing providers (AI model APIs and our extraction service) to generate your analysis. Uploads are processed to produce your verdict and are not used to train AI models by us.
Account data (when accounts launch). Email address, authentication data, and subscription status. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — [PROCESSOR NAME] — and never touch our servers.
Usage data. Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, feature usage) for security, rate limiting, and improving the Service.
To provide and improve the Service, secure it against abuse, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with vendors only as needed to run the Service: AI-model providers (analysis generation), hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processing, and analytics. Each processes data under its own privacy commitments.
Uploads are retained only as long as needed to deliver the feature you used — for example, journal entries persist for account holders who save them; anonymous analyses are not kept beyond operational logs. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request, subject to legal requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK and California), you may have additional statutory rights, which we will honor as required by law.
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, isolated processing — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [SUPPORT EMAIL].
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
