Refund Policy

We want the billing side of Verdict to be as clean as the product. Here's exactly how refunds work.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period already paid.

First-time purchases

If Verdict isn't what you expected, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal just went through and you meant to cancel, contact us within 72 hours of the charge and we'll make it right.

What refunds don't cover

Refunds are for the software subscription only. Trading losses, market outcomes, or dissatisfaction with a specific analysis are not refundable events — Verdict is an educational tool and its output is not a promise of accuracy or profit.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
